Many of our initial consultations are free, but not all of them. We do charge for certain types of consultations.
CONSULTATION:During a consultation, clients typically receive information about how a case might work, what options are available, how long a case takes, or an estimate of how much it costs, etc. This is especially true for clients interested in creating a new Will or Trust, setting up a new business, thinking about a divorce or bankruptcy, or clients who have been injured, received a traffic ticket or been charged with a crime, among many other topics.
PAID CONSULTATION: However, if you need us to (i) review existing documents, (ii) have questions about an already existing court case, or (iii) if you need specific legal advice on your exact situation, we often charge for our consultations. Please keep in mind that the giving of legal advice is how make our living and feed our families.

Once we receive your submission, we will contact you to gather further information on your case, and can discuss scheduling a consultation. At that time we can also verify whether the initial consultation would be free, or we would charge for our time.
