At the Piatchek Law Firm, our expert attorneys understand the nuances of various estate planning strategies, yet we also make it simple and affordable to create a will or trust. We offer many types of plans in different shapes and sizes. Since each client has unique hopes, dreams, desires, and goals for estate planning, a “one-size-fits-all” price structure simply wouldn’t suffice
With our unique clients in mind, we have established multiple types of representation with different levels of service. All clients want knowledgeable attorneys who provide good service at a fair price – and we provide that each and every time, to each and every client. However, we have noticed some clients have complicated cases, while others have simple cases. Some clients are driven by high quality and personal attention from their attorneys, while other clients are driven primarily by price. Thus, we established several types of plans to satisfy the needs of our diverse clientele.
Full-Service Option
Some clients have plenty of questions and concerns. They want close, personal attention from their attorneys, and they are willing to pay for it. For these clients, we offer a full-service option. For one reasonable, flat fee, we will handle the case from start to finish, including all phone calls, in-office meetings, changes to documents (if required), and case status updates.
Price-Based Option
If you’re more concerned about cost or you believe your case is very simple, you may wish to choose our price-based option. For people seeking quality advice who don’t need any in-office meetings or notary services, this option can prove very beneficial. Many of our clients located outside the southwest Missouri area prefer this low-cost service. We created Affordable Legal Services, a special division of our firm, to provide reasonable, flat rates for basic legal concerns. For more information, please give us a call today at 417-882-5858.
Multiple Payment Options
We also offer affordable, flat rates for most basic will and trust services. We are flexible and willing to work with our clients to offer payment options that many law firms do not offer, such as the following:
- Reduced Fee for Upfront Payment. We can often offer a reduction in the total flat fee that we charge if you pay the entire fee upfront, when you hire us at your initial consultation.
- Payment Plans. We offer payment plans to many of our clients. We establish payment plans on a case-by-case basis and can work with you to make a plan that you can afford.
- Credit Cards. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
How the Process Works
If you are interested in our services, typically we will send you a brief questionnaire to fill out prior to our phone consultation, so that you can begin thinking about some of the issues. Then, once we have received your information, we will usually schedule an initial free consultation* by phone or in person. We will walk you through the process and answer any questions you have. At that point, if you feel you have put this on the backburner long enough and are ready to move forward, you can hire us immediately to begin this service for you.
After that, we will create drafts and send them to you for review. You will have the opportunity to edit and make changes. Then, you will need to set up a signing session either at our offices or (if this will happen remotely) with the notary of your choosing.
Please call us today at 417-882-5858 to begin the process. You can also email us using the box on the right-hand side of this screen, saying something along the lines of “I am interested in setting up my will or trust and would like to receive an informational packet and set up a free consultation*.” If you provide your contact information, we can arrange to send you the requested information.
