Madelyn was born in China and adopted and raised in the United States since the age of four. She has grown up partially in Memphis, TN and in Monett, MO. She graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a B.S. in Criminology in 2022. During her time at university, she worked for the University Police and interned at the Monett Public Defender’s Office. Since her internship, she developed a passion for the legal field and joined the Northwest Missouri State’s Pre-Law Society and Mock Trial Team. In September of 2022, she then joined The Piatchek Law Firm as a Firm Communication Coordinator and in November of 2023, she started working on cases and moved to a Paralegal position soon after.
Madelyn resides in Springfield, Missouri. She is happily single and loves to continue to learn and expand her skills. In an attempt to get closer to her heritage, she studies Mandarin in her free time. Pertaining to her hobbies, she enjoys being a foodie among reading and dancing. She has also trained in Youn Wha Ryu Mixed Martial Arts for 10 years and have achieved 2nd Dan Black Belt.
